Unless otherwise specified, shipping will normally be via FedEx. Freight will be prepaid and added to the invoice unless free freight minimums are met. Free freight minimums are subject to change.
Most orders ship within 48 hours of being place, Monday - Friday. Customers may also enter a requested ship date during the checkout process if they desire.
Return Policy and Claims
We make every effort to ship quality merchandise without defect. If you do encounter a problem with your order, contact Berwick Offray Customer Service at 1-800-BERWICK M-F 8am –5pm EST or Hampshire Paper Customer Service at 800-664-3645 within 72 hours of receipt. All claims, credits and returns must have prior authorization from the Customer Service department. Returned or refused merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and all merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be of resalable condition. Customer will be responsible for the cost of freight when voluntarily returning merchandise.
Unless otherwise specified, items are subject to backorder and ship when available. Backorders ship freight prepaid. We reserve the right to cancel backorders under $10.
